In a time where many restaurants have lost revenue due to COVID-19, owners are depending on profits from takeout orders over the Thanksgiving holiday. For local businesses to survive, the need is increasing for people to order from delivery services that support restaurants in the community.

Unfortunately, this concern for restaurants’ profits is often not the case in the national food delivery industry, where corporations charge restaurants commission rates of up to 30 percent.
